
is an Interfaith, Non-denominational Minister on the Central
Coast of California officiating weddings for over 15 years
as well as doing spiritual direction. Living in San Luis Obispo,
California, she serves the spiritual needs of those without
a specific religious affiliation as well as couples combining
different faith traditions. She has officiated at hundreds
of weddings, and memorials as well as baptisms, house blessings,
and other life passage rituals.
With
a Masters Degree in Religious Studies from the University
of Detroit, Reverend Adoff brings a depth of knowledge, spirituality,
and sensitivity in designing and performing wedding ceremonies
for persons from various belief systems and all walks of life.
Her
ministry also includes a private practice in spiritual counseling
and energy work, having graduated from the School for Spiritual
Directors, Monastery of the Risen Christ. As an Oblate with
the New Camaldoli Hermitage, Big Sur, she approaches life
with a contemplative perspective. She is the spiritual advisor
at the local prison for inmates dealing with end of life issues.
She is a longtime member of the Central Coast Wedding Professionals.
As an active member of the San Luis Obispo Ministerial Association,
she served as President and Vice President. She is a certified
member of the Federation of Christian Ministries and a member
of Spiritual Directors International. She promotes diversity
and tolerance as a member of the Committee of the Gay Lesbian
Bisexual Transgendered Community Health Foundation and is
a longtime volunteer for the AIDS Support Network and Hospice
of San Luis Obispo County.
